keting System for Luxury Real Estate website has won the 2015 WebAward competition in the real estate category. SMARTePLANS is based in Houston, Texas and the patented tools and techniques utilized in marketing luxury real estate are demoed and displayed on the website — as well as information for Home Sellers, Agents, Brokers, Builders and Investors.
SMARTePLANS innovative marketing materials includes interactive floor plans, foreign language floor plans and amenities text, even floor plans with furniture-moving capabilities and has successfully marketed luxury properties for over 12 years — selling properties faster and for a better price than the MLS average each year. Last year 55% of SMARTePLAN properties sold OVER list price, with an average list price of over 1 million dollars per property.
This was the 17th year of the annul Web Marketing Association’s global competition involving entries from 40 countries. It is the longest running website award competition dedicated to naming the best websites across 96 industries — and setting the standard of excellence for current and future website development.
Over 1500 entries went head-to-head this year. Three expert judges from a pool of independent internet professionals review each website and assign a score from 1 to 10 on each of seven categories: Design, Innovation, Content, Technology, Interactivity, Copywriting and Ease of Use … with total scores being ranked for each category. The highest scores for the SMARTePLAN website were for Ease of Use and Technology.
