SELLERS BELIEVE FULL COMMISSION = FULL SERVICE

piggypinkIt’s going to be increasingly difficult to hang onto that full 6% commission (or whatever “full” commission is in your market area).

One of my Listing Agents said to me, “Judith, you defend my full commission position. Its just not an issue when I’m presenting a SMARTePLAN® as part of my marketing plan in the listing presentation”

Sellers know that Buyers are now “e-enabled”. So what will you do? You are going to have to expand your service options past the online discounters. What value-added services do you bring to the table?

What NEW “eTools” can you use on their property to promote their listing and make it stand out from the 50,000 other listings posted on the MLS?

If the only eTool you are using is posting the property listing and photos onto MLS, that’s no longer going to be good enough to get listings from internet savvy Home sellers of high end residential properties.
