What NEW “eTools” can you use on their property to promote their listing and make it stand out from the 50,000 other listings posted on the MLS?
If the only eTool you are using is posting the property listing and photos onto MLS, that’s no longer going to be good enough to get listings from internet savvy Home sellers of high end residential properties.
You’re looking at diminishing returns.
