Key to WealthI am the inventor, owner and operator of SMARTePLANS®, which has two U.S. patents, a U.S. registered trademark and over 600 copyrights.

I have 18 years experience operating SMARTePLANS in a major city, and 17 years of (verifiable third party) data exported  directly from Houston’s MLS system demonstrating multiple measurement points and performance tracking statistics for consistently selling luxury real estate properties FASTER and OVER LIST PRICE.

Selling above list price (consistently over a period of 18 years) is the result of SMARTePLANS marketing system being able to make the property widely accessible in an intuitive and engaging manner — which then generates CONCURRENT interest in the high value property (driving the final sale price up).

This patented technology has great potential, as it is not solely confined to selling high end residential real estate. It is also applicable to yachts, private aircraft, auctions and leasing properties and vacation / resort properties of all sizes and shapes.

Several different routes to expansion are available to us. All include a technology transfer / licensing fee and an incremental royalty payment each time a SMARTePLAN is used (ie. each SMARTePLAN is re-used again and again).

We can expand Broker-By-Broker utilizing the Broker Centric Business Model, which is slow and steady —- or we can examine expanding SMARTePLANS using more aggressive routes by deploying the technology on a national (and international scope).
