There is a veritable army of craftsmen who work together to get a home ready to go onto the market. Landscapers, painters, plasterers, window cleaners, floor refinishers, etc. … the list just goes on and on. I frequently meet these professionals when I am onsite drawing the home and they are also onsite —- contributing their specific expertise.

While many are familiar faces as I go from job to job, and I have an opportunity to see their work in multiple locations — I haven’t really kept a listing of them, and will endeavor to do better in the future.

I was measuring a home in WestU one rainy day and was thoroughly impressed with these movers on-site as I watched how they packed, how they wrapped things to keep them dry — how they worked together to get things done and the care and thoughtfulness they took with the property given into their care. I’m a military brat and I KNOW movers. If my mother didn’t like how her boxes were packed, they were told to empty it and start all over. These guys would’ve passed “the mom test”.
