drywallYes, we know you have floor plans you can put on MLS .. they look awful, are difficult to read and don’t give a potential buyer the level of meaningful detail they WANT about your property … they look just like any number of hard-to-read floor plans they’ve always seen.

More Detail and Better Information for Buyers

SMARTePLANS® don’t look like a Builder’s Plan ON PURPOSE. SMARTePLANS contain the detail buyers want, and SHOW it to them in an easy-to-read pictographic manner that MAGNIFIES oncreen so they can see every detail, whether they are around the corner or across the world: custom built-in cabinetry, the pattern of inlaid floors, coffered ceilings, light fixtures and chadeliers (just to name a few examples)

Seeing Furniture Gets Their Attention; Arranging Furniture Makes It Their OWN

We can even insert scaled furniture to give a scaled reference to the space. So your Game Room will have a pool table and your Foyer a grand piano. People who own these items always wonder “Oh my, will it fit in the new house?” People who’ve always wanted these items can see their new house has the space: “Look honey, we can get the pool table we wanted and put it in the Game Room”. Or , we can create a separate furniture-moving floor plan (SMARTePLAN-IT) allowing prospective buyers to actually arrange furniture inside your floor plan online and do “what ifs”. SMARTePLANs Are Revised Online As Construction Progresses

SMARTePLANS are revised as building progresses and when you make changes onsite, we update our drawing so the plans reflect the structure .. that day… without waiting three weeks for a changed drawing to come back from the architect or the main office. The updated drawing is re-uploaded onto MLS and the various distribution channels.

Expanded Distribution

Unlike your plans, SMARTePLANS have a life and useful purpose outside of MLS, using a wide variety of informational distribution networks and channels for marketing. If nobody wants to see your hard-to-read Builder’s plan on MLS — when they are actually listed with the property … do you think MORE people are suddenly going to be interested in seeing them on Facebook? Twitter? LinkedIn? or similar sites?
