PART III – Review Floor Plan of Lux River Oaks Home As It’s Being Built

Within 2 days of an onsite visit to the $ 2.9M luxury home under construction in River Oaks by Rockfort Builders, LLC — the floor plan was ready. 

Why would a builder ask me to make floor plans for him? Simply put … mine are better.  A builder’s plans “build” a property and can be very complex … my plans visually SHOW A BUYER the information about the property they want to see.

Take a look. The easy-to-understand pictographic floor plan is linked with a detailed Amenities text description of the property so an interested buyer can review it carefully and completely … long before they make a site visit … or even IF they make a site visit, since luxury real estate is a frequent investment for principals around the globe.

Usually upwards of 90% of the details in the Amenities Text is also depicted in the SMARTePLAN,  by patented pictographic symbol or captioning or both; and the bird’s-eye perspective allows Buyers a much needed overview of the whole property.

So in 2 days we have meaningful marketing materials that can be uploaded to our MLS and made available to a global pool of potential buyers.

Stay tuned for the next posts in this series  — the Italian white marble — destined to be installed in the 3 Kitchens and all the Baths  has not yet arrived onsite  —  but I want to show you photos I took of some more of the details in the rooms.
