This lady’s large walk-in closet is in a home in River Oaks going onto the market in the $15M range.
Believe it or not, this is not the largest lady’s closet I’ve seen in a home and been asked to market — this one is just over 1000 sq ft. The largest, also in River Oaks, had an elevator going up through the middle of it and a whole second floor (and was about 1800 sq ft). I understood the housekeeper helped the seller load up the elevator to “swap out” her clothing/accessories each season.
But back to this one … very elegantly appointed with mirrored display niches with adjustable glass shelves, as well as very practical glass-faced drawers and custom- compartmented storage/organizational units.
The wall-mounted retractable brass valet hooks with glass endcaps are set high on the wall to accommodate hanging formal length gowns.
