SMARTePLANS are revised as building progresses and when you make changes onsite, we update our drawing so the plans reflect the structure .. that day… without waiting three weeks for a changed drawing to come back from the architect or the main office. The updated drawing is re-uploaded onto MLS and the various distribution channels.
Unlike your plans, SMARTePLANS have a life and useful purpose outside of MLS, using a wide variety of informational distribution networks and channels for marketing.
